 Our mission is to provide a personalized mental health recovery service that empowers individuals to regain control of their lives, find inner peace, and flourish.

Qualifications

As an Accredited Social Worker, the proprietor has completed training in areas such as positive psychology, goal setting, motivation, mental health and social skill developmemt. She is a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers and committed to ongoing professional development. As an Allied Health Worker she can create a recovery journey personal plan  with you, to address your recovery goals.

She takes a collaborative, and solution-focused approach to coaching, therapy and counselling. By working together, in a person centered, trauma informed way, identifying strengths, overcome obstacles, and creating a plan of action to help you achieve goals.

Her Specialities

Specializes in helping clients with stress management, time management, motivation, personal management and personal development. She offers coaching for those going through mental illness or distress or life transitions.  Her focus is to increase a person's capacity to live a fulfilling life. Fee is $85 per hour (no Medicare rebate). Fee can be negotiated for people that are financially struggling.
